He Hears and Knows

Whatever is on our heart to speak and whatever we need, God knows what we would say before we would say it…

• Psalms 139:4 (KJV)  For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.

He knows what we need before we ask…

• Matthew 6:8 (KJV)  Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

And, understanding that we don’t even know what we should pray for, the Spirit of God helps us by making intersession for us in ways that we can’t even utter.

• Romans 8:26 (KJV)  Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

God is not far from us. He knows and He hears and He even improves on that which we would ask
